Ok, so I used to drink a ton of water but NEVER felt hydrated. When I was introduced to LMNT packets, it was a game changer. I was able to drink more because it tastes so great, and I finally feel hydrated without having to go to the bathroom five million times a day. Goli Ashwagandha – Sleep\/Stress<\/h3><\/div>

Due to life stressors such as work, life etc, my husband and I used to struggle to get to and stay asleep at night. With myself having an adrenal health issue, I have had to make some lifestyle modifications to help me heal and ultimately sleep better during the night.
