CHIRP WHEEL - STRETCHING/MOBILITY

Are you a desk warrior throughout the day? The truth is whether you spend the day sitting at a desk or not, most of us spend alot of time in flexion. As a physical therapist and personal trainer, I see so many people that lack thoracic extension! Including myself! Poor thoracic mobility can contribute to back, neck, and shoulder pain. When I began experiencing back pain, incorporating the chirp wheel into my mobility routine has been a game changer. Not going to the lie, the first few weeks using the chirp were a little rough.....I felt so stiff in this area! After several weeks of consistent mobility work, my back pain began to decrease.
